  1. Donna, how long have you worked at Berwick Care? Since March 2018!
  2. What do you like most about your job? My glass office …(joke)…  Satisfaction of setting my own goals and achieving them.
  3. If you could choose anyone, who would you pick as your mentor? Gordon Ramsay
  4. What do you like to do when you aren’t working? Baking , Reading and Singing.
  5. What is a fun fact about you many people may not know? I'm a qualified football referee and love overseas train travel. Boring, I know!
  6. Name one skill you would absolutely love to learn? Pole vaulting!
  7. What is your motto or personal mantra? Get up, dress up, show up and never give up.
  8. If you could have any superpower what would it be? To heal others.
  9. Three words to best describe you:  My partner said scottish and fiesty!   I would say loyal, kind and driven.
