With sunshine on our minds here at Berwick, we are welcoming summer with open arms! With July now upon us, it's time for our next employee monthly spotlight with Ketsia, a superstar in our Customer Service team. 

  1. Ketsia, how long have you worked at Berwick Care? I'm a newbie, only been at Berwick a year!
  2. What does your job entail? Order processing and all the boring jobs like that.
  3. What do you like most about your job? Speaking to real life customers on a daily basis - you never know what's going to happen next!
  4. What do you like to do when you aren’t working? Live my life on the beach!
  5. Name one skill you would absolutely love to learn? To learn to moonwalk.
  6. Where is your favorite place in the world? Isles of Scilly: I've only been there once but I dream of going back.
  7. What is your motto or personal mantra? Tell the truth, for goodness sake! Makes life so much easier.
  8. If you could have any superpower what would it be? To be a fly on the wall. I'll say no more.
  9. What is the one thing you can’t live without?  A big mug of tea for sure.
  10. What is one food that you cannot resist? A chicken curry with all the added extras. Yum.
