Goodbye February, Hello March!

It is the first day of a new month, meaning it's time for another Employee Spotlight.

Next on our list is our Sales Manager, Caleb Leader. 

  1. Caleb, how long have you worked at Berwick Care? I have been at Berwick since school, so wow – eight and a half years!
  2. What does your job entail? My job is to help care homes be as efficient as possible, so they can concentrate on providing the best care for their clients.
  3. What do you like most about your job? The satisfaction of knowing that at the end of a customer interaction, I have helped them to overcome any challenges that they may be facing.
  4. What do you like to do when you aren’t working? Cooking meat on my smoker, exploring Shropshire & Wales and weight lifting.
  5. What is a fun fact about you many people may not know? I once tried to hover a helicopter in 40MPH winds….it didn’t go too well!
  6. Where is your favorite place in the world? Canada
  7. What is your motto or personal mantra? You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.
  8. If you could have any superpower what would it be? To have limitless energy!
  9. What is the one thing, you can’t live without? My dear wife.
  10. What is one food that you cannot resist? Steak & triple fried chips….
