Employee spotlight is our new blog series where we get up-close and personal (and have some fun) with our favorite team members at Berwick Care.

First on the list is our Sales Manager, Tristan Brassey.

  1. Tristan, how long have you worked at Berwick Care? Ever since I left school.
  2. What does your job entail? Making sure that Berwick deliver care homes exactly what they need. Be it speed, inspiration, data or just a friendly chat!
  3. What do you like most about your job? Using my 20 years’ experience to take a basic brief from a care home and surprising them with the exact solution.
  4. What do you like to do when you aren’t working? Anything outdoors. Hiking, cycling, swimming or just gardening.
  5. What is a fun fact about you many people may not know? I was 16 years old when I started Berwick Care and until I got my driving license my mum had to drive me around to my customers!
  6. Where is your favorite place in the world? Australia. British culture with a Mediterranean climate.
  7. What is your motto or personal mantra? Winners never quit and quitters never win.
  8. Three words to best describe you: Bald, passionate, professional!
  9. What is the one thing, you can’t live without? My wife and kids.
  10. What is one food that you cannot resist? A Turkish Kebab.
